Lim Wee Ling

Wee Ling has expertise in key areas of communication in the fields of corporate public relations, lifestyle and trade, public policy messaging and issues management. Her strengths in strategic PR, media management as well as campaign conceptualization and development assists clients of Asia PR Werkz across a variety of complex and broad range communication issues.

Wee Ling’s current and recent clients include government agencies, multi-national companies, and local enterprises. From putting a face to lesser-known professions to making corporate announcements on ground-breaking technology and investments in Singapore, Wee Ling enjoys the challenge of developing strategic and meaningful messages to varied stakeholders.

Today, she counsels brands in developing targeted messages and programmes for areas from Corporate Communications, Technology, Consumer Lifestyle, Tourism, to Entertainment. Wee Ling also works closely with regional partners to help clients bring their products beyond local markets with consistent messaging.

With a keen interest in promoting community causes, Wee Ling was the main driver behind award-winning publicity campaigns for the Re-employment of Older Workers, and the Boys’ Brigade Sharity Gift Box 2006 and 2007.

Prior to joining Asia PR Werkz, Wee Ling started her career in the government sector with a love for environmental issues. She honed her skills while working on public communications initiatives for the Sars crisis in Singapore, and the launch of NEWater.

She has an Honours Degree in Communication Studies, majoring in Electronic and Broadcast Media, from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
